Estimates & quotes
Quotes provided through the Site or in person are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change after on-site inspection. Written, signed proposals govern any agreed work.
Scope of work
Bass Exterior Handyman LLC performs only the work expressly described in a signed proposal. Additional or changed work requires a written change order.
Payment
Unless otherwise noted in writing, a deposit is due at signing and the balance is due at substantial completion. Late balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Florida law.
Warranty
Workmanship is warranted for one (1) year from completion. Materials are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Damage from acts of God, settlement, abuse, neglect or unrelated trades is not covered.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability under any project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Use of the Site
The Site content (text, images, photos of completed work) is owned by Bass Exterior Handyman LLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute is venued in Pinellas County, Florida.
